Advocare 24 Day Challenge: Day 1

Hey guys! So I was looking at different things to help me lose weight and I came across Advocare. I had heard about it from a YouTuber that I watch and looked into it. I requested more information about it and was contacted by a distributor. I will admit I kind of avoided her for about a month but I finally gave in and asked her to call me. First of all she was so nice and didn't make me feel bad about myself or anything. She answered any questions I had and told me that most people start out with their 24 Day Challenge. I caved and got it. It shipped really quickly. It's also really nice because your challenge comes with a book that says everything that you need to do for each day so you can check it out when you get it done. 

Today was my first day of the 24 Day Challenge. 
So the first ten days of the challenge is a cleanse. 
Okay so the first thing I had to do was drink Spark which is an energy supplement. The first one I had was strawberry mango and it was SO GOOD! It really worked too. I usually have coffee every morning and I didn't have any today. I also didn't get a headache for lack of caffeine. 
I also had to take the Catalyst at this time which from my understanding does something so your body feeds off of your fat instead of your muscles. 

After that, you are supposed to drink the fiber drink that is part of your cleanse. I'm going to be honest, this was not my favorite part. It's kind of like drinking tea with out a teabag. It also starts getting thicker and almost like this gelatin texture. So I suggest you drink it QUICK! 
Then it's finally time for breakfast! For breakfast they suggest you have a protein, fruit and a complex carb or a meal replacement shake. 

In a few hours have a healthy snack. Then a few more hours have lunch which should consist of a protein, complex carb and a vegetable. 

Then 30 minutes before your afternoon snack, you have another Spark and catalyst pills. 

Then for dinner you take your OmegaPlex pills. They suggest your dinner consist of a protein, vegetable and a complex carb. 

Then at bedtime you take your herbal cleanse caplets and more catalyst. 

I'm writing this jet after dinner so I'll let you know how the herbal cleanse caplets were in a later post. 
They do suggest that you drink quite a few ounces of water (by a few I mean your weight divided by two.) 

So after most of the first day, I feel good! I feel pretty awake and I didn't have that crash I usually have after coffee or energy drinks. The cleanse isn't so bad but I won't go into too much detail about that. 
So there's that, stay tuned for more 24 day challenge posts! I probably won't post for every day but I will periodically!
